For more than 6 years, Jozua was a shareholder and director of a successful group of companies. The companies specialised in the manufacturing, distribution and sale of associated products into the retail, branding, leisure and export markets. Locally they supplied blue chip, national chain retailers ( Massmart, Mica, Wetherlys etc..) and various independent retailers nationally. Branded products to Distell, Brandhouse, SAB Miller and exporting to 12 different countries.

Preceding his involvement with the above companies, Jozua was a commercial banker with two leading financial institutions for 8 years with a firm understanding of finances and business acumen.
